Forum Rules Royal Cresteds Forum

The forum counts the following general rules. Exceptions are in the same line, when it's not there, there are no exception. Each user of the forum is deemed to know those rules and to abide by.

Registration and profile

At the time of registration you are a user of the forum. User names are not changed. Remember to register a suitable name. The use of clone accounts (multiple accounts for one user) is not permitted and may result in a ban for all of your accounts. Large banners, pictures and links in the caption are undesirable. This because of the clear and readability of the messages. Please keep it within bounds. The administrator has the right to modify or remove your signature if necessary.

Avatars may not exceed 120x120pixels.
Use of open proxies is prohibited.
A forum is an interactive medium .... you need to post frequently, Accounts silent after a certain time (one year) are to be removed.


Tell us who you are

As a user of this forum you are considered to give a description of who you are. We like to briefly know your name, where you live, etc. Preferably with your own name, so we not only have a user name. Members who do not give a proper introduction within 2 months after the registration (and 2 reminders of one of our admins) will be removed without notice.



Messages

Place your message in the correct, relevant category. Avoid posting duplicate topics. Please enter in a new topic a title that covers the load as much as possible. Stay in a discussion on-topic, do not change subject unnecessary. Avoid slow chat in the chat box. Chat as much as possible. Messages from other websites, from newspapers and from the media should always be mentioned the source! Of the members, it is expected that all legislation is respected, including copyright. Members are responsible for the content of their messages. Any resulting claims or fines must pay by the placer of the message itself. Owner, administrators and moderators of the forum are not liable for this. Do not place (user-) photos or personal data without the consent of the owner. Please place any photos of a too big size. Therefore, scale photos before posting to a suitable format.

Messages with serious questions need to be treated seriously. Leave an entry in common English. Write not in languages such as ' taluh ' BrEeZaH ' or ' MSN. The use of caps lock only comes across as shouting and is not allowed.The moderators and administrators cannot be held liable for messages from users. We expect from our users that they become self-sufficient individuals. When you don't know something first look in the FAQ and the Forum rules before asking questions or a complaint. A moderator may also refer to the FAQ when you have a question which is answered in it.

Advertising and promotions

To promote websites, products, work or the unsolicited offering (for sale) questions of (valuable) materials, advertising or any form of (members-) recruitment via email or a personal message (PB)
is not allowed. Requests for the award of reviews, opinion polls and others, with the participation of our users, must first be asked for consent with the Administrator. In the sub forum "supply and demand" is the provision of materials and supplies only allowed for private individuals. Sellers should be active members of the forum. Larger sales and joint purchasing actions may only be posted after permission of the managers. Messages of that nature will be removed. The moderator or administrator determines ultimately what may or may not.

On the forum it is not allowed to make:
Statements of racist nature
Links to sites and graphics that contain offensive material (including porn) or clearly malicious
Links to illegal software and other illegal practices
Insults or threats against other users, moderators and administrators
Topics that more often ends in a fight, will be directly removed already in dispute

Complaints can be filed to Admin or Moderator wth PB.
Please post your tips and ideas in the topic suggestion box. State this in a forum other than the message will be deleted
Placing links in messages may only if there is no personal or interpersonal interest in. In your profile you can include a link to your own site from which each message is using the WWW button
From protection for the public members are subscribed phone numbers and addresses (mail) deleted. Whether yourself or another!

Placing the content of Pb (private messages) on the forum, without the consent of the other is not allowed! Virus alerts as well as new types of alerts for chain letters, hoaxes and speed cameras, etc. are
be deleted.The moderators and administrators are at all times authorized to delete messages, move or adapt. They are not always able to inform the user. Personal messages (Pb)

Although there is no moderation or supervising on Pb it also applies the code of conduct rules of the forum
If there are complaints about the PB behavior of a user, the administrator or Moderator can decide to disable the PB-function of that user for a specified or unspecified time




In general can be said: when a person does not comply with the rules it may result in banishment (also known as ban).

Some obvious examples are


Trolling or similar behavior is not tolerated. We want to keep the forum friendly and informative and a troll does not fit in.
New accounts with no traceable IP addresses will be removed immediately. If you want to hide even that, it can't be good.
A user who threatens other users and/or moderators badly, berating or the forum runs the risk to be undermined etc. will be banned directly (without warning)
The use of clone accounts (multiple accounts for one user) is not allowed and can lead to banishment for all your accounts
The use of open proxies is prohibited and leads to a permanent banishment of the account
When a user is repeatedly asked to abide by the Forum rules and not to follow the rules will be banned. The general rule in it is as follows.

1. We give a official warning max. 3 times
2. If it happens again, then your account will be inactive for 1 or 2 weeks (depends on the violation)
3. When it suggests that nothing has changed, then your account will be removed and a permanent ban immediately follows


Complaints
Moderators and administrators can make mistakes like everybody else, and the users can feel the need to complaint. This does not mean there can be voted for or against moderators, also is not voted Forum Rules. For any complaints in the right lead, there are requirements for the complaints. Here are some rules:

If you disagree with a decision of the moderators take it to the moderators / administrators via PB.
Comments and complaints made in other subforums be considered off-topic and as such removed without reason.
On reproachful, plaintive, angry messages is not covered so keep talking and acting with respect to anyone on the forum.
A complaint must be valid, must have some form of substance and supported by a reasonable argument when/if supported with a view. Complaints that do not contain any form of substance are not treated and removed.
Remain constructive and provide solutions that help everyone if necessary to promote the atmosphere on the forum.
It does not address complaints that have already been addressed and discussed.
Stay on topic here, do not debate a yes/no discussion, this will not be replied

Email addresses and other contact details supplied to Royal Cresteds will not be sold to third parties.
